Prosecute Nifong - State Bar Ethics charges not enough

Michael Byron "Mike" Nifong broke the law as he sought personal professional gain in the Duke lacrosse team false rape accussation scandal. Sure, the North Carolina bar association has started an investigation and Nifong may eventually be disbarred. But that is a sad joke. Nifong broke the law, so what if he can't be a lawyer anymore. Nifong must be prosecuted. Getting a slap on the wrist is not good enough. Why should he escape prosecution, just because he is a lawyer?
